Possibly one of the best high school pitching prospects in years. Plus athlete, football QB, also a lesser prospect as a hitter and SS. Easy plus delivery with a chance to have 4 plus or better pitches. SL has top of scale potential. Command and control have elite upside. Risky demographic but has top of rotation, ace, CY ceiling.
