Game manager with an excellent idea what he can and can not do. I don’t think the arm strength has dipped as much as others think. He can still hit his deep outs on time and in stride. He’s a master at taking what the defense gives him. Rarely does he get his team in trouble with poor decisions. Tough mentally. He has the weapons around him in TB to win a lot of games.
