Overall Mathurin is a very solid and capable wing at the NBA level. He profiles as a 3&D wing who is very versatile and has many ways to score. He has an amazing outside shot, off the charts athleticism, and has incredible rebounding for a 2 guard. He does have some weaknesses that include a low level passing game, which can develop over time, doesn’t have the ability to finish through contact, and makes some very sloppy fouls and can get into foul trouble. Overall Mathurin is a very solid prospect and probable Top 10 pick in the 2022 NBA Draft.
