This is a good basketball player. And him exceeding this role is certainly a possibility. That being said, I think he ends up a bench rotational stretch big. He can shoot the ball. There’s no doubt defenders are going to have to respect his outside shot. Fair athlete who will be contested more around the rim than he is in college. It’s the lesser twitch and explosiveness that leads me to think more role player than nba starter. This leaks into his defensive game too with less rim protection than is ideal, but he’s a hard worker who competes well. This was a tough report to write because he has attributes that are desired into today’s game. He’s going to have an nba career though which means he’s in a select group.
