Jabari Smith is a 6’10 perimeter player who has ridiculously soft touch on his jumper for a man his height. Has the talent and the mentality to be great. Can shoot over most defenders quick enough to guard him on the perimeter, also shoots well off one or two dribbles. Would like to see him attack the rim more. In his first 22 games he only has 31 shots at the rim. He’s not a one-way player, defensively he’s able to guard wings and post at the D1 level and as his body develops that should carry over to the NBA as well. I think he’s closer to Jayson Tatum than Kevin Durant, but either way he projects to be a very productive NBA player.
