Athleticism is best part of his game. Doesn’t have electric speed but still good speed with long strides. Doesn’t take unnecessary hits and knows when to get down. Dynamic with the ball in his hands. Average NFL arm can make all the throws. That being said at this point in career he’s a below average passer in every facet. Bad mechanics lead to inaccurate passes and under thrown balls. Doesn’t have natural feel for in the pocket. Slow to get through progressions and doesn’t trust eyes. That all being said Hurts with flaws in the passing game has something that draws you to him, that “IT” factor you may say. Outside a few games rarely seems like he’s rattled. Doesn’t turn the ball over a lot. Outstanding leadership and work ethic. Since Oklahoma he’s improved every year which leads to believe he hasn’t hit his ceiling yet. Jalen has yet to reach ceiling, I feel based on his work ethic and improvement since college he’ll be a QB ranked around 12-10 if he can improve his mechanics.
